Integration
Station

Integration without assimilation.

Norwich doesn't have a place built around what a real day actually asks of you — deep focus and true recovery, open 24/7, rooms not desks. We're building the first one. A place to do the inner and outer work of belonging — without giving up who you are.

24/7 · nine rooms · one membership Founded by David Caldicott Concept stage — Norwich pilot
What an Integration Station is

Not a co-working space. Not a gym. Not a wellness centre. A single roof for the whole of a day.

You don't rent a desk — you get access to rooms designed for different states: deep-focus work rooms open at 2am, a no-tech room for real recovery, a movement & music studio, cultural and gathering rooms, a private studio of your own. One membership. Come when you want. The building's awake when you are.

The problem

Spaces are built for one state

Offices assume focus. Gyms assume exertion. Wellness spaces assume you've stopped. A real day is all of those — and nowhere holds them together.

The idea

Rooms for the work of belonging

Focus, recovery, movement, culture, gathering — nine environments under one roof, plus a community trade hub linking Norwich outward along real routes.

Where we are

Honest: concept stage

Pre-incorporation. A Norwich pilot, not yet a building. This page is how we find the first people who'd actually use it — and prove the demand.

Contribute

This is a social enterprise, building something Norwich doesn't have. A gift — any size — helps us spread the word, grow support, and raise what we need to secure the building. Not an investment; a gift to the mission.

The list

Tell us you'd use it.

Two questions and an email. That's the whole ask. Your answers shape what the first Station actually becomes.

We'll only use this to keep you posted on the Station and shape what gets built. No spam, no list-selling. Unsubscribe any time.

You're on the list.

Thank you — that genuinely helps. We'll be in touch as Norwich's first Station takes shape. In the meantime, follow the build on TikTok @integrationstatio.
